The headquarters is located in Dubai,

2.Where do you deliver to?
Being official distributor of Miha BodyTec
in GCC we can ship your order to any of its region country: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and others.
3.Is there any warranty for EMS device?
The warranty period of 2 years applies on all
the machines acquired from us. In case of emergency we provide you EMS device within 24 hours.
4.Which accessories do you have?
Normally the machine itself isn’t enough for
running a successful business. There is time when you will definitely need more underwear sets for your clients, more vests with electrodes,
consumables, such as washing liquid, water pump atomizers, cards, straps and so on. All these accessories you can order from us.
5.Do you provide discounts?
Yes, we provide a discount after the 4-th machine owned.
6.Is the software update required?
Usually it is not. But if there’s a big improvement in
software from manufacturer’s side then our specialists advice how to make it using the USB stick.
7.Do you provide an EMS trainer?
As long as we are highly interested in your business growing rapidly we conduct EMS licensing
represented by authorised German team of GlückerKolleg on a monthly basis in Dubai.
